What would you do? Job Description - Designers / Re-tagger (Creative Production + Asset Tagging) Role purpose Deliver production-ready creative assets and/or re-tag existing assets to meet channel specifications, taxonomy, and discoverability standards. Key responsibilities • Produce/resize/adapt assets across formats (web, email, social, paid media) following brand guidelines. • Re-tag/re-label assets using defined taxonomy (campaign, audience, channel, rights, locale). • Ensure files meet DAM naming conventions, formats, and required metadata for reuse. • Collaborate with CMS publishers and dev for web-ready formats and performance-friendly assets. Required skills & experience • 2–6+ years in digital design/production; strong file hygiene and version control. • Experience with metadata/tagging standards and high-volume asset operations.
What are we looking for? Tools (typical) • Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/XD/Figma), DAM tooling (AEM DAM), templates. Success measures • Fast turnaround, minimal rework, accurate tagging, improved asset findability/reuse.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
