What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? 1. Upload, enrich, and maintain product data in PIM systems across categories, attributes, images, documents, and specifications. 2. Manage daily updates for product descriptions, pricing, digital assets, and attribute corrections. 3. Set up promotional codes, bundles, vouchers, and seasonal / campaign-specific offers. 4. Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with taxonomy rules, SEO guidelines, and brand consistency. 5. Classify products using taxonomy, attributes, and category hierarchy. 6. Manage digital assets including image uploads, linking, and metadata updates 7. Execute quality checks (QC) for content completeness, formatting, enrichment, tagging, and compliance. 8. Coordinate with category teams, content teams, suppliers, and marketing stakeholders for approvals and clarifications. 9. Maintain documentation, workflow updates, and logs for all catalogue changes. 10. Process tasks via Jira, ServiceNow, or other workflow management tools within defined SLAs. 11. Participate in daily / weekly stand-ups, provide status updates, and escalate issues proactively. 12. Support bulk uploads using templates and perform validation before final publishing. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal business communication skills • • Experience with PIM or e-commerce product catalogue systems. • Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning functions). • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive operational tasks. • Basic understanding of HTML and web content patterns (good to have). • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira / ServiceNow. • Good communication skills for working with onshore stakeholders.
