Campaign Analytics Manager– Retail Assets Product

  1. 2+ years of Experience in campaigning or retail assets product
  2. Planning, monitoring and execution of campaigns
  3. Identify Right Channel, Right Mode and Right Time to reach out to customer
  4. Design innovative Ideas to improve campaign Repose Rate 
  5. Customer Segmentation/Micro-segmentation using analytics techniques
  6. Optimization of Campaign Spends to improve C2I
  7. Analysing the Customer Drops-offs during the Digital Journey and plan drop off campaigns and journey improvements
  8. Use of external/internal alternate data
  9. Design Campaign Effectives Matrices and Effective Performance Monitoring
  10. Innovator with out-of-box thinking to provide analytical solutions to business problems 
  11. Effective Stakeholder Management. Engagement with Business Heads, Product Teams, Marketing Teams and operations team
  12. Experience in working on SAS/SQL/Power BI will be preferred

Education Background: MBA, Masters from Tier I or Tier II institutes
