Growth Manager – Credit Card Business (Digital Branch)

Role Overview

Lead the growth strategy for the entire Credit Card portfolio within the Digital Branch ecosystem. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital-first initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for credit card business via digital platforms.
• Engage customers through Mobile Banking (MB) app and all digital touchpoints.
• Target the right customer through the right channel: Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Net Banking, Website, Social Media), Physical & Assisted Channels (Branch, Call Centers), Direct-to-Customer (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, RCS).
• Develop and execute campaign strategies across multiple channels.
• Leverage advanced analytics for customer segmentation and micro-segmentation.
• Optimize campaign budgets to maximize conversion-to-investment (C2I) ratios.
• Monitor digital journey drop-offs and implement corrective campaigns.
• Integrate external and internal data sources for improved targeting.
• Establish campaign performance metrics and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business heads, product, marketing, and operations.
• Innovate and propose data-driven solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in growth marketing or digital strategy (preferably in financial services).
• Strong understanding of digital channels and customer engagement tactics.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Power BI (preferable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Educational Qualification

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
