What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. The Digital Project Manager will oversee online campaigns, collaborate with cross functional teams and external stakeholders, enhance user experience, and support the development of new digital concepts. You will also be responsible for monitoring project performance, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and cost estimates.
What are we looking for? • Plan, manage, and deliver content production of different materials such as iPDF, Banner, Email, Website, eDetailers and online campaigns end to end. • Developing detailed project plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports. • Conduct research on market trends and leverage insights • Use available tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Manage content using content management systems and track progress using project management tools. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Pharma. • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in Pharma. • Bachelor’s degree. • Hands on experience with modern, widely used project management software (Preferable: JiRA, Workfront, Asana). • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable; 4-5 years of experience is preferred. • Ability to proactively identify and address project level risks and issues. • Eager to upskill and adapt to emerging Generative AI capabilities. • Excellent management, interpersonal, and team building skills. • Strong ability to network and build effective professional relationships. • Positive attitude with a strong focus on meeting deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
