What would you do? The Sr Creative Developer is a senior-level creative technology expert responsible for building master-level HTML5 and dynamic creatives that will be versioned and scaled by regional production teams—specifically supporting the JAPAC region. The Sr Creative Developer is expected to create modular, feed-enabled ad templates using tools such as Flashtalking (FT), optimized for reusability across multiple campaign variants. They will work closely with design, development, and operational teams to ensure alignment with creative strategy, technical specifications, and delivery timelines. The Sr Creative Developer is expected to have: • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for display ad development. • Strong knowledge of Flashtalking or similar DCO platforms for building dynamic creative templates. • Experience converting design mockups into scalable and modular ad units. • Familiarity with feed integration, asset mapping, and creative logic setup. • Ability to conduct functional QA checks and troubleshoot across browsers. • Collaboration with multi-regional stakeholders (JAPAC, US, EMEA). • Ownership of deliverables from planning through deployment. • Ability to support and guide junior versioning teams. • Proactive and quality-driven. • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal). • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables. • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. • Comfort working across split shifts and multiple time zones. • Clear documentation and handoff practices. • Comfortable communicating with cross-functional stakeholders via email, Slack, or ticketing tools. • Takes initiative and ownership in a fast-paced creative production environment.
What are we looking for? • Hands-on experience building dynamic templates in FT• Familiarity with FT feed setup and logic rules• Experience uploading and validating creatives within FT Studio • Strong command of HTML5 for ad development• Experience building responsive, spec-compliant creative units• Semantic and modular markup practices • Custom scripting for dynamic ad behavior• Implementing feed logic within creatives• Debugging and browser compatibility handling • Functional validation of display creatives• Browser and platform compatibility checks• Integration testing within ad servers or platforms
