Digital Program Management -Digital Banking-Net & Mobile Banking HO Team

Grade: M6/M7

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to co-lead our customer migration initiative while also driving overarching strategic initiatives for the digital team. This role combines project management with strategic oversight, focusing on migrating customers to a new platform and shaping the strategy to enhance overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling presentations and communicating complex strategies effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Migration Project Management:
    • Lead the execution of the customer migration project, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption.
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of migration processes and integration.
  2. Marketing and Communication:
    • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute communication strategies that effectively inform and engage customers.
    • Design and oversee the creation of educational materials, including presentations, guides, and online content.
    • Analyze marketing and communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Operational Efficiency:
    • Work with operations teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency during the migration and other projects
    • Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer experience.
  4. Customer Feedback and Support:
    • Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback throughout the migration process.
    • Collaborate with customer support teams to address feedback, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Use insights from customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in migration strategies and processes.
  5. Presentation and Reporting:
    • Create high-quality presentations to communicate project updates, strategic plans, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Utilize data and metrics to support strategic recommendations and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field. 
  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with strong ability to hustle and own
  • Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint. Ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer experience and the ability to address and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess data, derive insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
