Generic Domain & Soft Skill Requirements

•

Graduate in any stream with rich Airline/Travel domain experience (minimum 12+ years)

•

Well versed with standard Industry applications and GDS (NDC One Order/One Offer, ATPCO, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, SITA)

•

Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders

•

Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account

•

Excellent communication, Strong drive for results

•

Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs

•

Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications

•

Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers

•

Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization and automation

•

Ability to travel as per project requirements

Specialization for Revenue Assurance Services –

1.

Fare Auditing: Expert in reviewing and verifying the accuracy of airline ticket prices sold by travel agents and other distribution channels, thorough understanding of airline fare rules and regulations, fare auditing procedures, identifying any discrepancies or errors

2.

Debit Memos: Raise debit memos against agencies for usage of incorrect fares complying to IATA standards and Airline’s pricing policy

3.

Disputes: Handle dispute communications with Travel Agencies

4.

BIDT: Validate, audit, and analyze Billing Information Data Tapes (BIDT), expert in Historical PNR reading, good knowledge on BSP, ARC settlements,

5.

Miscellaneous Invoicing: Miscellaneous Audit - Provisional Audit, Land Surcharges, Airport/Govt. charges, Security Invoices
