Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Participating in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance.
• Establishing process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimizing workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups.
• Reviewing existing processes and equipment, recommending and managing process improvement projects.
• Promoting and monitoring process use and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices and standards.
• Overseeing New product product ionisation activities from conceptualization to execution
• Capacity planning & Productivity Improvement by executing capacity ramp up plan considering the equipment, machines, tooling’s, jigs & fixture.
• Sustenance budget planning & execution
• Product ionisation of changes in existing products including CRE
• Capex / Revenue budget execution. Monitor & review as per Business targets
• Process Enhancement / Improvement by deploying Best in class process technology to improve, Optimize & Sustain PQCDS
