E-Commerce Executive (Male)

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate product data, specifications, stock quantities, and images across all platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) to drive sales and improve ROAS. Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, conduct keyword research, and implement data-driven strategies to scale revenue while controlling ACoS and CPA.
• Create and manage product listings, including optimized descriptions, images, and shipping formats for new products.
• Ensure all existing online listings are properly displayed with correct and complete information.
• List and update products across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor and compare competitor pricing, product listings, and market trends.
• Manage both individual and bulk product uploads and updates on various marketplaces.
• Maintain and analyze historical sales data, including daily and monthly performance tracking, compare with competitors.
• Monitor seller ratings and proactively address customer complaints, queries, and feedback to maintain strong account health.
• Track and manage sales returns, including coordination of returns from marketplaces to the warehouse
