Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.


Storefront Management:

  • Create and maintain an attractive and user-friendly Amazon storefront.
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for search ranking and conversion.\


Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Identify opportunities and threats in the Amazon marketplace.


Product Launches and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize Amazon's tools like Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Early Reviewer Program to boost product visibility and sales.


Inventory Forecasting:

  • Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Work closely with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely replenishment.


Content Management:

  • Create and manage compelling product content, images, and videos.
  • Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for regular updates and promotions.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and growth.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for eCommerce operations and marketing.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI for marketing campaigns and other initiatives.


Preferred candidate profile

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Strong analytical skills to assess eCommerce metrics and use data to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
