Job Description

Install, configure, and manage EMC storage systems (VNX, Unity, PowerMax, XtremIO, Isilon, etc.).
Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot storage-related issues.
Manage SAN/NAS storage environments using EMC tools like Unisphere, Solutions Enabler, SRM, Avamar, Data Domain, and RecoverPoint.
Perform storage provisioning, zoning, and LUN management in a multi-vendor environment.
Implement and maintain data protection strategies including backups, replication, and disaster recovery.
Work closely with network and system administrators to optimize storage performance.
Perform firmware and software upgrades on storage systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for data storage.
Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Provide 24x7 support for critical storage incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
Hands-on experience managing EMC storage solutions.
Strong expertise in SAN (Brocade/Cisco), NAS, and iSCSI storage environments.
Proficiency in EMC storage management tools (Unisphere, CLI, SRM, etc.).
Experience with VMware storage integration and provisioning.
Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Avamar, Data Domain, Networker).
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation is a plus.
Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
