Performing PM on field as Per Customer Schedule Take snaps of Serial Number Sticker Capture aging of AC/DC Capacitors & Batteries as well firmware Versions Generating Manual PM Report indiacting PM Call ID in Report & Sharing to Customer Via Email with prescribe format Closer of PM Call in FSM App duly signed by Customers (Automated getting link in CMS) Manual uploading on PM Report against each Call ID Appreciation Email from Customers Once Closer of PM Call in FSM App, Within 3 days Qualtrics Customer Survey gets Trigger to Customer Email ID Lead generation to Service sale team Power analysers Hioki Battery impedance Meter     Breakdown Call Fix Spare Part list including Part Codes (Model Wise)
