Event Executive – Sponsorship Specialist

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious Event Executives with a specialization in sponsorships to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships and sponsorships for FashionTV events and IPs.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, brands, agencies, and stakeholders.

3. Event Strategy & Integration: Collaborate with the event production and marketing teams to create integrated sponsorship packages and ensure brand deliverables are met.

4. Market Research: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

5. Negotiations & Closures: Handle end-to-end negotiations, contract closures, and execution of deliverables for sponsors.

6. Reporting & ROI Analysis: Prepare post-event reports, including sponsor performance and ROI metrics.

7. Creative Ideation: Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop innovative sponsorship ideas aligned with the FashionTV brand ethos.

Key Requirements:

1. 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in sponsorship sales, event partnerships, or business development.

2. Strong network of brand and agency contacts across lifestyle, luxury, real estate, F&B, wellness, and fashion sectors.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Passion for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle domains.

6. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
