About the Role:

● An e-commerce executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including the Invoicing, inventory keeping and optimization of the online store

● The person will report to the Assistant Manager - Planning. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

● Complete invoicing for all platforms

● Ensuring 100% invoicing on timely manner

● Supporting ecom team with inventory keeping and timely raising PO for maintaining the stock level

Key Result Areas:

● Communication - An e-commerce executive should be able to clearly communicate job duties to their team

● CN/DN wherever required needs to be cleared without any error

Requirements

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Graduation in any field or any Graduate with upto 2 years experience in Ecommerce
• Good vocal & written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
