Executive - Email Deliverability

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fresher to join our Email Deliverability team at Netcore Cloud. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about email infrastructure, sender reputation management, and inbox optimization. You will work closely with experienced deliverability experts, analyzing campaign performance, troubleshooting email issues, and ensuring best practices for high deliverability rates.

Experience 2-5 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics (open rates, bounce rates, spam complaints, inbox placement).
• Assist in troubleshooting email deliverability issues and maintaining sender reputation.
• Learn and implement email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
• Work with ISPs, anti-spam organizations, and blacklist providers to resolve deliverability concerns.
• Stay updated with email industry trends, compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL), and best practices.
• Assist in configuring and optimizing email-sending infrastructure (IP warm-up, email headers, SMTP logs).
• Support clients and internal teams in optimizing email campaigns for better inbox placement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and SMTP protocols.
• Familiarity with DNS, IPs, and networking is a plus.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have, but Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Netcore’s SmartSend).
• Understanding of email compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates.
