Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visual content for print and digital media — including brochures, hoardings, site branding, emailers, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Create high-quality layouts and renders for project presentations, floor plans, and marketing kits.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity.
• Develop engaging social media creatives to boost project awareness and lead generation.
• Design event collaterals, site signage, standees, and exhibition branding materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors for production and timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.
