Executive - MIS (On Contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collate, analyze and report training data and maintain training records with clarity and accuracy for
  1. Mandatory Trainings (New Joiners and Refreshers)
  2. Regular Training MIS
  3. Any other L&OD initiatives as per requirement
  1. Ownership of data generation and maintenance with accuracy for Audits
  2. Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports on Training (invitation, participation, completion rates, and other key metrics)
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate L&OD performance to stakeholders
  4. Support in maintaining Learning Management System and generating data reports from the system
  5. Support in troubleshooting technical issues related to LMS
  6. Support the overall L&OD function by providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Management, HR or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, command on numerical data, and analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (plus any other data analysis tools will be an added advantage)
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of data security and privacy protocols
  • Proven experience in data management, reporting and analysis preferred
