About the Role:

• The Executive /Senior Executive is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating dispatches and logistics, optimising stock movement, and ensuring timely reporting through accurate MIS.
• The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse inventory within defined stock limits.
• Review branch indents and ensure timely dispatch of items, updating branches on order status.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for smooth material flow (incoming and outgoing).
• Identify non-moving inventory at branches and facilitate liquidation through other branches.
• Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports on indents versus dispatches.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• MBA/PGDM with 1-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning
• Good verbal & written communication skills. 
• Knowledge of Procurement and warehouse management activities, and basic Working on ERP/Navision
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office  Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
