Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content and translate it into compelling visual designs. • Create and refine proposal documents, flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets for various communication needs. • Design and format PowerPoint presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impact. • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all deliverables. • Proactively suggest creative enhancements to improve visual storytelling and user engagement. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or any field.• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and PowerPoint.• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.• Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (PowerPoint is a must).• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
