Executive - Talent Acquisition Scheduler (On Contract)

Job responsibilities

 

  • Receive requests from recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers
  • Contact hiring managers, recruiters and candidates via email, phone, or ATS
  • Send confirmation emails once interview date and time have been established
  • Reschedule interview dates/times as need arises
  • Ensure external candidates going through the pre-screening process have completed their applications and if not, take appropriate follow-up steps
  • Ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained within all tools leveraged
  • Keep data ready of all the interviews scheduled

The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment,, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
