• Supervise warehouse operations for agricultural products, including fertilizers, pesticides, and crop nutrients.
• Monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality, especially for sensitive agrochemical items.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for stock rotation, documentation, and dispatches.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage as per MSDS guidelines.
• Prepare for GFSI audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Train and document staff on food safety protocols.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee labor and MHE operators to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Regularly review and analyze productivity and loss prevention plans with warehouse leads.
• Inspect products for quality, leakage, and contamination, ensuring safe handling and disposal of agricultural chemicals.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of MSDS guidelines and food safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel as required.
