Responsible for overseeing the facilities function in a sub-part of the overall organization (major region, region, country, group, division, subsidiary, or other sub-part) or a part of the facilities function at the corporate level (e.g., a particular site or activity). Oversees building, plant and equipment maintenance and security and may oversee health and safety standards compliance.
