 Scope of work /Profile for facility Manager
 
1. Accounts and Finance

- Bank Pass Book update
- Voucher preparation
- Invoice mapping to Payment
- coordination with Accountant
 
- Preparing additional monthly charges voucher for fines, NOC, penalty etc 
 
- Replenishment of check books
 
- Visit to BMC and Utility office for bill payments
 
2. File management
 
- Statutory register update
- Filing of quotations/Bill/other documents
 
3. Correspondence
 
- Preparation/Printing/Distribution of notices, monthly bills, defaulter list
 
Filing of members correspondence for NOC, complaints etc and coordination with MC meeting.
 
4. Vendor management
 
- Supervision of site visits and work carried out by AMC vendors (pest control, Lifts) and record keeping of their attendance…

Minimum experience - Facility management of society 50 to 150 flats
 
Qualification - Graduation
(I don't know if any other qualifications is available for such kind of work)
 
*Skills *- 
Communication English
 
Typing in computer - 30 to 100 words per minute 
 
Basic knowledge of MS word and MS Excel
 
Alertness and presence of mind
 
Being presentable 
Honesty and discipline
