Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers interested in CIDCO homes.

- Provide detailed information about CIDCO housing schemes, locations, and the

application process.

- Assist customers in filling out online application forms and ensuring that required

documents are submitted correctly.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the application process,

including grievances post-launch.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution of the customer

interaction process.

- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the system with new

customer information and follow-ups.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain requirements clearly to clients.

2. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.

3. Organized, with the ability to manage multiple client meetings and schedules.
