Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for comprehensive reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on financial analysis techniques.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within financial planning systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data management and validation techniques to ensure data integrity across financial platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently to minimize business disruption.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
