Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will engage in driving performance and conducting strategic analysis to identify and rectify financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing insightful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes related to the organization's profitability and overall financial health. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial strategies align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sage 300 / Sage ACCPAC. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Experience in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Familiarity with budgeting processes and variance analysis. - Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Sage 300 / Sage ACCPAC. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
