Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Competitive Strategy Development: Strengthen intelligence capabilities and awareness of competitive strategies specific to the Farm Equipment Sector (FES)
• Strategic Business Initiatives: Conceptualize and design division-wide strategic initiatives focused on innovation and growth in the FES domain
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and business units (BUs) within the FES domain to drive strategic projects and pilot initiatives
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze business intelligence and market trends to support actionable recommendations for FES growth and innovation
• Growth Acceleration: Develop roadmaps tailored to FES stakeholders and BUs to accelerate growth in domestic and international markets
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial benchmarking and competitor analysis within the FES industry to derive actionable insights
• Leadership Communication: Create impactful content for internal and external senior management communication, ensuring alignment with FES-specific goals

Experience

Strategy role experience with at least 15 - 17 years
Candidates should be working at one of the top-tier consulting firms, MBB (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company)
