Must have skills:

Creative quality assurance for static and animated content

Good to have skills:

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive banner layouts
• Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager / Ad Manager
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools
• Exposure to GenAI tools in creative workflows

Experience:

Candidate with 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative design quality assurance, static and animated content review

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine Arts / Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia or related field

Job Summary

  • Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and brand compliance of static and animated digital assets across multiple platforms.
  • Perform thorough QA checks on graphics, HTML5 banners, animations, and video creatives to ensure adherence to client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and onshore teams to identify gaps, provide constructive feedback, and deliver flawless outputs within defined timelines.

Roles and responsibilities:

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, review and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive the following:

• Perform end-to-end quality checks on static creatives, HTML5 banners, animations, and video assets.
• Validate creatives against client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Conduct functional QA for animated and interactive assets (timing, transitions, click-through URLs, responsiveness).
• Check alignment, typography, color accuracy, image resolution, and layout consistency.
• Identify missing elements or discrepancies in work received from client/onshore teams.
• Ensure outputs meet platform specifications (Google, social media, programmatic platforms, etc.).
• Review file naming conventions, packaging, and final output formats as per industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and creative leads to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Maintain QA checklists and documentation for process consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, chats, and emails when required.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices wherever applicable.
• Stay updated with latest digital design and platform trends.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free delivery.

• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS and basic JavaScript for validation purposes
• Understanding of digital ad formats and specifications
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Google Web Designer
• Basic understanding of ad hosting platforms like Google Campaign Manager / Ad Manager
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
