Job Summary:

We are looking for an SEO & CRM Consultant to drive search engine optimization and customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO improvements, and performance tracking to enhance organic search visibility. Additionally, they will oversee CRM database management, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies to improve engagement and retention. This role requires proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), along with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. The consultant will work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to align SEO and CRM strategies with business goals, ensuring a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention

Roles & Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic.

CRM Management & Customer Engagement – Oversee lead segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalized marketing automation to improve customer retention and experience.

Data Analytics & Performance Tracking – Analyze SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR) and CRM data (customer interactions, conversions, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and CRM dashboards.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization – Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, and content strategy development to align with search intent and improve visibility.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing – Implement email campaigns, drip sequences, and AI-driven CRM workflows to enhance customer engagement and sales funnel effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to integrate SEO and CRM strategies for a unified customer acquisition and retention approach.

Trend Monitoring & Compliance – Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, evolving SEO trends, GDPR/CCPA regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continued business growth and complianceProfessional & Technical Skills:

- SEO & CRM Software Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz for SEO and Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM for customer relationship management.
