Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a strong QA Advisor & Process Champion to own account governance, strengthen QA processes, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and improve delivery predictability, automation adoption, and operational efficiency. This role works closely with Delivery Heads, PMs, and Test Managers to minimize escalations, uplift process discipline, and enhance team performance, utilization, and client satisfaction.1. Governance & Compliance Leadership· Lead delivery governance: DSMs, WSRs, DSRs with clear status, risks, actions, and outcomes.· Ensure SLA & KPI adherence as per MSA; publish KPI/SLA reports with complete evidences.· Own milestone governance: maintain milestone register, secure timely sign-offs, track CR needs.· Manage and track unbilled efforts and publish weekly dashboards.· Maintain centralized cluster governance data and leadership dashboards.2. QA Advisory & Process Excellence· Review Test Strategies, Test Plans, and overall QA approaches.· Validate test execution evidences, coverage, traceability, defect trends, and QA gates.· Conduct closure reviews ensuring complete documentation and evidences.· Drive internal QA audits and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).· Ensure SOP adherence, including DSR/WSR, timesheet compliance > 98%, and productivity baselines.3. Automation & Velocity Improvement· Drive automation adoption using UiPath, WebDriverIO, and automation dashboards to improve velocity.· Publish automation ROI & efficiency gains.· Enable mid-management on automation and QA improvement practices.· Track certification & enablement KPIs.4. People & ODC Operations· Govern ODC operations: attendance, utilization, allocation vs. actual, skill–demand mapping.· Identify low performers and run improvement plans.· Conduct stand-ups, unblock issues, and maintain communication cadence.· Support hiring and capability-building plans.
