Responsibilities & Capability: • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy and Business Development to build short term and long-term solutions for a diverse set of political clients, as well as client pitches • Define and create visual language for internal and client projects as an extension of the brand creative strategies • Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion • Practice Idea conception, design and sometimes execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising and digital marketing, as well as offline formats • Oversee conceptualization of design projects • Develop concepts and design process for client projects, particularly for Brand Identity, Integrated Campaign Development, Creative Direction • Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work • Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects • Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project • Creative asset and graphic design production, including exporting designs across various formats, generating simple motion graphics, ensuring ADA web compliance for digital and resizing layouts across mediums • Maintain the filing structure and project work archival process on team's digital asset management system • Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices
