Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Oversee End to End Operations for SAP, DMS and other front end applications including Infrastructure, Network, Dealer Digital processes, digitalisation with external interface and advanced data analytics
2. Overall responsibility of ERP (SAP HANA) and non-ERP applications in-house
3. Liaise with internal business teams and external partners to ensure delivery 
4. Create various Dashboards for key Business functions and processes for real time Management Information and Decision making 
5. Integration knowledge for seamless data flow & Data Structure understanding between DMS/SAP/ Other Critical Applications 
6. Identify opportunities to improve, automate the business processes by using available and latest functionalities in SAP, DMS, and other applications / systems 
7. Lead, develop and implement initiatives in SAP, DMS and other applications / systems 
8. Ability to evaluate IT Capex and Revex, do cost benefit analysis and work out RoI 
9. Managing Stakeholders expectations, efficiently develop, manage and control IT Budgets 
10. Vendor management – Wipro/Oracle/SAP/etc. 
11. Team Management – Team Capability / Skill Enhancement for both MLMML and Vendor teams. 

Experience

12-15 years 

Qualifications

1. Preferable done at least one SAP / DMS / Dealer Digital processes rollout for any large Auto manufacturer 

2. Previous Experience of Managing SAP, DMS Operations & Support for minimum 5-8 years. 

Critical Skillsets

1. Business Processes & Functional knowledge of SAP, DMS, other internal and front end applications, Dealer Digital processes, digitalisation with external interface and advanced data analytics 

2. Ability to understand business requirements from External & Internal Stakeholders (SCM / PPC/ Quality / DCM / Sales / Customer Care / Channel Finance / SSU / Accounts / Taxation etc.) and provide an optimal solutions. 

3. Technical knowledge of SAP, DMS Application, End to End Architecture, Integrations & Infrastructure. 

4. Ability to build, develop, lead and inspire teams
