Head - Channel Management - Retail Assets| Mumbai

(A) Channel Management – Retail Asset Products 
- Development & Adherence to Vendor Management Manual & ensuring all Vendor / Channel partner empanelment are done as per guidelines for RA business.  
- Payment Management for all partners to be done effectively in co-ordination with OPS / Business / F&A.  
- To ensure Vendor & Channel Partner receives their payment on time. 
- Cost efficiency - better contest management with higher focus on outcomes
- Best in class customer experience
- New avenues of business growth & customer acquisition
- Service Guarantee implementation 
- NPS Survey Score
- Location & Channel Activation

(B) Process Management – Retail Asset Products 
1) Build RLOS platform for RA business
2) Develop seamless digital journey for the RA product
3) Service Guarantee offering in service 
4) Develop Sales tools to increase productivity
5) Adherence to SOP and ensuring 100% file processing as per guidelines
6) NIL audit errors for the product
7) Process innovation
8)To ensure that appropriate product is launched on time and work closely with frontline for consumption. 
9)Ensure all sales journeys are in line with the regulatory guidelines
10) To Ensure Product launched have updated SOPs which are in line with the regulatory & internal Guidelines.  
11) To ensure the development of digital process journey through insurers.

(C) Regulatory & Compliance Management – Retail Asset Products 
- Timely closure of high-risk issues raised by assurance functions
- Submissions for compliances to RAR Observations
- Submissions for compliances to RMP within timelines
- Events leading to Reputational Risk on the Company/ Group (Penalties/ SCN/ Adverse media coverage)

(D) Digital Initiatives Management – Retail Asset Products 
- Process setup for all new partnership & digital channels 
- API integration of all partners - in close co-ordination with IT/Projects & Business team  
- Automation of PVP & Payouts
- Revamp of Channel onboarding journey
- Adherence to Automation of existing manual processes and ensuring completing all required details are processed in system as per guidelines
- Communication of all digital initiatives effectively to 
1) AFL employees 
2) Business Partners & Vendors 
- Adoption to New digital Initiatives 
Drive Adoption of all NEW digital initiatives by the AFL team across functions
Work closely with Projects team, IT, front end sales, credit & OPS team in effective implementation

(E) Insurance X-sell to RA loan customers 
- Ownership of New product/Program development in co-ordination with insurers & internally stakeholders.
- To ensure the product is launched on time and work closely with frontline for consumption.  
- To ensure the development of digital process journey through insurers
Income & expenses management
- Activation of all insurance product across the Retail portfolio

(F) Branch x-sell & Activation – Retail Asset Product 
- Finalise branch wise business opportunity along with Analytics team on the existing base
- Marketing campaign on the eligible pre-approved campaign to ETB customers 
- Effective business conversion and branch activation on RA products from branches
- Activities at branches for RA lead generation
- Training & communication and business support to the branch team for x-selling RA products 

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage channel strategy, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams to drive retail asset growth. 
  2. Ensure process excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely partner payments. 
  3. Oversee digital transformation, product launches, and service quality. 
  4. Foster collaboration across sales, operations, IT, and finance to deliver business outcomes and enhance customer experience.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for end-to-end channel & vendor management for Retail Asset products, ensuring adherence to guidelines, timely partner payments, and cost efficiency. 
  2. Drive customer acquisition, service excellence, and NPS. 
  3. Lead process innovation, digital journey development, and regulatory compliance. 
  4. Oversee digital integrations, automation, and adoption across teams. 
  5. Manage insurance cross-sell, branch activation, and x-sell initiatives. 
  6. Ensure timely product launches, SOP alignment, and seamless frontline enablement.
