Experience | Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in finishing works of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
- International exposure with reputed developers or contractors (mandatory for expat role).
- Strong knowledge of modern construction materials, interior finishes, and MEP interface.
- Proven track record of managing multicultural teams and large contractors.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities | - Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all finishing activities for high rise residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams to ensure smooth finishing progress.
- Review and approve finishing materials, mock-ups and workmanship samples.
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols and statutory requirements.
- Interface with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders for approvals and technical clarifications.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors for civil, MEP finishing and façade integration.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, sustainable materials, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure defect-free handover.
- Mentor and develop local finishing teams and supervisors to achieve international standards.
