Roles & Responsibilities – Strategic Product Leadership

 

Foreign Exchange & Remittance Products

• Lead development and management of FX products across offline and digital channels, including external alliances and partnerships.

• Drive innovation and compliance in Outward and Inward Remittance solutions to deliver seamless customer experience and operational excellence.

Cards Portfolio Strategy

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Travel, Prepaid, Debit, and Credit Cards, with a focus on product differentiation, digital enablement, and revenue optimization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance card penetration, drive usage, and deepen customer engagement.

Business Development – Resident & Non-Resident Segments

• Strategically develop and launch products tailored to Resident and NRI customer needs, leveraging market insights and regulatory frameworks.

• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities across segments & geographies and customer segments, driving sustainable business expansion.

Channel Management & Go-to-Market Execution

•Define and execute Omni-channel strategies across branches, digital platforms, and partner ecosystems to maximize product visibility and adoption.

•Enable sales teams with data-driven insights, training, and tools to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Technology Integration & Solutioning

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business and technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives & transformational goals. 

• Ensure robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms through close collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams.
