As the Head of Premium Corporates and GCC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's relationship with key corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance the bank's market share and profitability within the premium corporate segment. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate banking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Lead and manage a team of corporate relationship managers and ensure effective delivery of services to premium corporate clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain premium corporate clients, focusing on their unique banking needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients to understand their banking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop effective response strategies.
• Collaborate with other business units and functions within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
• Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting the bank's brand and reputation.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced qualifications in banking or finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record of success in managing premium corporate clients.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the corporate banking landscape and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems, along with strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
