HO Product Manager Business Banking-HO & SUPPORT-Ho Business Banking

Channel Manager -CASA Digital Journeys


Grade M3/M4

Key Attributes:

 

(1) Good understanding of Current Account & Savings Account, with relevant experience of 3-4 years in these offerings

(2) Conceptual understanding of digital journeys and flair for identifying opportunities of enhancement in the journeys

(3) Self driven individual with analytical mindset, capable of identifying areas for improvement in channel adoption

(4) Excellent communication and networking skills

 

Job Role:

 

(1) Drive adoption of various Current & Savings accounts digital journeys (onboarding & cross sell) across branch and sales teams and other target LOBs by visiting underperforming regions for conducting refresher sessions with these respective channels

(2) Connect with Regional and Zonal leadership to ensure constant recall of Current & Savings account Digital journeys

(3) Accompany sales/branch acquisition teams on joint customer calls to monitor digital journey performance and identify technical/other issues as well as areas for improvement

(4) Coordinate with Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of Current & Savings accounts customers via respective digital journeys

(5) Analyse data and present it in relevant and actionable manner to all stakeholders in order to identify the best way forward

(6) Study emerging trends and business practices to make the digital journey proposition more attractive to the target audience

   Job Requirements:

An MBA  from a good Institute with 4 to 6 years of experience in Banking, preferably in Retail Liabilities

Job role will entail extensive travel across pan-India regions
