Job Description: Senior Manager / AVP – Channel Engagement (Liability Business)

 

Role Objective:

Drive liability business growth by strengthening channel engagement, improving productivity, and enhancing participation across partner teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Channel Engagement & Enablement

•Build strong relationships with internal and external channel partners to drive CASA and liability product penetration.

•Provide necessary enablers, collaterals, and regular product/process updates to stakeholders to ensure seamless on-ground execution.

•Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capability-building initiatives to enhance channel effectiveness.

•Drive productivity metrics across channels through structured reviews, performance insights, and targeted interventions.

•Monitor daily/weekly/monthly business performance and support channels with actionable strategies.

•Improve participation and conversion rates through continuous engagement and differentiated support models.

•Partner with sales leadership, product teams, and operations to resolve bottlenecks and ensure alignment with business goals.

•Facilitate timely communication on new initiatives, campaigns, and policy changes.

•Drive deeper penetration of liability products within assigned channels through analytics, segmentation, and focused activation plans.

•Identify opportunities to scale liability acquisitions and implement strategies to enhance channel contribution.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

•5–10 years of experience in banking, preferably in liabilities, channel management, or sales enablement.

•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

•Ability to analyze business performance and drive targeted actions.

•Proactive, structured thinker with a track record of driving channel productivity.
