Operational Support Specialist

HO Product Team - TPP-HO & SUPPORT-Third Party Products

1.            Servicing Sales team and Investment Specialist Team to Achieve their PMS/AIF Sales Target by Providing Operational Support.

2.            Coordinating with All Product Manufacturers for data collating data including Investments, Redemption, Change of Broker Code and Additional Investments, for successful  NAS calculation.

3.            Ensure Timely support with all necessary data support for senior Management presentation related to PMS and AIF Investments

4.            Handling all SOP related queries as well as ensure quarterly SOP Credit will be given to every sales RM.

5.            Ensure following the internal documentation is being done including  Risk calling before funding any PMS/AIF transactions.

6.            Preparing MIS and sending it to the entire sales team twice every week and work closely with all IS and Channel Manager to Drive Numbers

7.            Working closely with Product Manufactures and Simplifying the PMS /AIF Investment on boarding Process related Activities which would help in Business Mobilization

8.            Tracking the AUM Transfer Put Transactions and Constantly follow up with the respective IS for retention of AUM.  

9.            Collaborating with other Team members to understand the operational Process, which would help the Investment specialist to onboard a client.

10.          Taking ownership of maintaining the data base for Non MF Investment Products and update the data base weekly/Monthly .
