Role: Team leader - Data Analyst

 

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical person to join our team as a Team leader - Data Analysis and Insights Specialist. In this role, you will work with large datasets, find useful insights, and share recommendations that help improve processes and support better decision‑making.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to solve business problems and improve performance.
• Automate reports and create simple, effective dashboards.
• Prepare management dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.

2. Team Handling

• Lead and manage the MIS team.
• Upskill team members regularly to improve their capabilities.

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Share findings, reports, and suggestions with stakeholders in a clear and easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Help stakeholders understand insights and support decision-making.

 

Job Requirements

• MBA in finance or CA
• Strong ability to understand and work with large datasets.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and Power BI
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
