Provide accurate and detailed information about the hotel's services, amenities, and room
availability.
Process reservations and bookings made by customers over the phone in the hotel's computer
system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
Manage cancellations, modifications, and other changes to reservations over the phone, and update
the system accordingly.
Communicate with customers to confirm their reservations and provide relevant information about
their stay.
Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers over the phone and ensure their satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all bookings and transactions, including payments and refunds.
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to
customers over the phone.
Collaborate with other departments, such as hotel manager, to ensure a smooth and efficient checkin and check-out process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills over the phone.
Knowledge of reservation software and computer systems.
Experience in hotel reservations or similar roles, specifically handling reservations exclusively
through calls
