• Experience: 1–3 years in bulk/mass & in-house hiring.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (based on interview).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Dark Stores
• Source candidates locally through walk-ins, referral drives & third-party vendors
• Plan & execute bulk hiring events
• Ensure quick onboarding with training on hygiene & product handling
• Maintain recruitment reports & dashboards
• Coordinate with stakeholders & vendors for timely closures

• Skilled in multitasking, coordination & stakeholder management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
