Roles & Responsibilities-

◼️Sourcing resumes from different portals like naukri.com, shine.com to recruit sales and BFSI profiles for pan India branches of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance 
◼️Screening resumes and shortlisting them according to the given job description 
Calling the candidates and taking all relevant information from them
◼️Scheduling them as per the interview schedule with Branch Managers.
◼️Taking references from candidates and try to find different ways to source the profiles. 
◼️Maintain proper data and excel sheets to record daily work routine 
◼️Coordinate with the candidates and zonal HR
Need to be in contact with candidates till their joining. 
◼️Need Smart and aggressive freshers are welcome.

➡️Must have min 1 to 2 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment ( freshers can be considered with HR knowledge)
➡️Must have Excellent English communication skills
💰Salary upto 18K to 23K Fixed plus incentives
➡️Complete Day Shift 
🕛Work Time 9:00am to 6:30pm
➡️Working Days Monday to Saturday
➡️Sunday Fixed off
