What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? • Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. • Ensure LWI’s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates. • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. • Investigate and document employee complaints, ensuring timely and fair resolution. • Advise managers and HR partners on employee relations issues and policy interpretation. • Support the development and implementation of employee relations programs and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and employment standards. • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes. • Provide high quality Tier 2 Employee Support Service with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and caller satisfaction. • Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling inbound and outbound calls and email. • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. • Strive and achieve SLA target and business outcome indicators defined by the client. • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. • Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS. • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. • Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. • Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent • Follow LWIs while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads. • Participate in Team building activities
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
