What would you do? You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that takes care of Payroll Related Compliances like Provident Fund, ESIC etc. for Accenture in India and will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliances in all Payroll & HR Compliances. You will be leading, managing and engaging both internal Accenture and Vendor team to manage all Statutory Compliances
What are we looking for? Extensive experience in Labour laws applicable in India ( EPFO Act, SIC Act, Workman’s Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act, to name a few. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statutory compliances, liaising with government bodies, and interpreting and implementing legal amendments. Prior people management experience is essential. • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stake holders • Adept in Liaisoning and getting work done with Govt official and interacting with employees and proactive in identifying potential risk areas and resolving/flagging it • Good interpersonal skill to work with external and internal stake holders. • Employee/stake holder centricity • Project /change management
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage Retiral Benefits & Compliances Operations which includes but not limited to • Ensure monthly PF & EISC compliance as per statutory timeline and requirements. • Manage PF & ESIC transactions. • Be the escalation point in PF & ESIC related Employees Queries • Support in closing all Statutory requirements, query, notices, inspections. • Manage internal and external Audit requirements related to Compliances • Preparation of various operational and management reports • Manage & monitor vendor activity on day-to-day basis • Engage with HR service delivery , Payroll, Time & Attendance and other Upstream & Downstream processes • Stake holder management: Engage, understand and manage requirements from legal, employee relationship , compliance etc. • Lead guide and engage with Accenture team to ensure operational efficiency • Lead process evolution in collaboration with other stake holders • Work with Venture & Acquisition team to integrate acquired/ merged entities’ Statutory Compliance Processes
