What would you do? • Ensure Service Excellence: Drive the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and strategic business objectives • Lead First Time Quality (FTQ) Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to minimize rework, ensuring First Time Quality across operations, and driving continuous improvement • Optimize Resource Utilization: Strategically manage resources to maximize operational efficiency and meet business goals • Maintain Current Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with evolving client updates, policies, statutory requirements, and trends, ensuring compliance and relevance in service delivery • Strategic Problem Resolution: Lead the identification and resolution of complex issues, providing guidance to teams and ensuring smooth operations • Prioritize and Delegate Effectively: Manage competing priorities, delegate tasks where necessary, • Champion Process Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives, contributing strategic input for new or reusable process standards • HR Process Mastery: Leverage in-depth HR process expertise to drive best practices and ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR services • Client Issue Management: Proactively manage escalations, researching and resolving complex client issues with a focus on relationship management • Foster Continuous Learning: Lead initiatives to stay updated on industry and client-related changes, ensuring knowledge and expertise remain current • Ensure Compliance with Contracts: Oversee adherence to all terms within the Statement of Work and SLAs, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations • Deliver Operational Insights: Provide high-level operational reporting, identifying trends and escalating issues to senior leader • Manage Complex Escalations: Recognize and escalate complex issues to leadership, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage experience, data, and business insights to make informed decisions, guiding the team toward achieving operational excellence • Cultivate Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed, and their satisfaction is prioritized • Support and Guide Process Innovation: Provide strategic direction for process improvements, using data-driven insights to validate and support new initiatives • Oversee Documentation Management: Take ownership of process documentation, ensuring updates are communicated to teams and global work instructions (GWIs) are maintained accurately
What are we looking for? Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required •• 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management • Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems related to employee compensation, benefits, and performance management • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferred • Experience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plus • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive, results-driven culture while promoting individual growth and team cohesion. • Proven track record in managing and nurturing client relationships, aligning team outputs with client expectations, and driving exceptional service delivery to ensure long-term satisfaction and business success
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
