What would you do? The person taking up this role will be responsible for assisting the team in the development and preparation of standard reports within and outside of client systems, as well as supporting delivery. The role requires proficiency in Advanced Excel, OBIEE and Visier Analytics — with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and data-driven insights. The candidate must be able to analyze data, identify trends, and use presentation tools (PowerPoint) effectively, while demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead a team of skilled professionals and ensure end-to-end delivery of standard reports (using Excel) from in-house HCM systems such as OBIEE and Visier Analytics • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach • Develop and deliver standard reports using Excel from internal and client systems • Gather requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards • Build and maintain automated reporting solutions using PowerQuery, Excel formulas, and or VBA to minimize manual effort • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into structured outputs • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline recurring tasks • Support issue resolution by assisting with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective/preventive actions • Take ownership of specific reporting tasks or projects and work independently with minimal supervision • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and aligned report delivery • Maintain documentation and SOPs for recurring reports and processes • Be flexible and available to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
