We are digital professionals committed to providing innovative, end-to-end customer experience solutions focusing on operating marketing models that help businesses transform and excel in the new world, with an ecosystem that empowers our clients to implement the changes necessary to support the transformation of their businesses You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, turning consumer data into actionable insights to ensure consumer-centric strategy and plan development that strengthen CRM strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing outcomes. You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? • 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within Research Agency • Proven track record in data management, analysis and visualization • Good understanding of consumer and market research tools. Strong quantitative insights toolkit (brand tracking, panel/sales, U&A, segmentation) and comfort synthesizing qualitative inputs • Excellent storytelling and data visualization. Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy • Hands-on Askia Explorer experience (or similar platforms) for mining tracking/panel data, quick-turn cuts/dashboards and translating outputs into decisions • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and Excel/Sheets • Hands-on experience in data extraction and analysis in SPSS • Knowledge of data quality/QA practices, version control, and documentation standards • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and research platforms • Exposure to FMCG/global stakeholders in English-speaking setups • Strong team player with collaboration and problem-solving skills • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and emerging data technologies • Familiarity with SQL or Python/R is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: • Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources, such as Askia Explorer. Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy. Manage and maintain databases and data repositories • Extract relevant data from the Explorer database based on request of business • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, correlations and trends • Utilize statistical models to support predictive and prescriptive analytics • Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance business operations and strategies • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to present findings to stakeholders • Create compelling visualizations to simplify complex data insights • Maintain dashboard/reporting style guides; verify accuracy, consistency, and interpretability; manage quarterly/ad hoc release calendars and change logs • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and other departments • Support the development and implementation of the organization’s data strategy • Identify opportunities for process improvements using data-driven insights • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging data technologies • Align with Analysis Hub team on priorities, define watch outs and ways to address • Build strong and trustful network with the Analysis Hub teams to ensure alignment and foster information exchange to accelerate learning
