Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer ecosystem at Kiro Beauty! If you thrive on building communities, crafting buzz-worthy campaigns, and driving real impact — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

• Strategy & Execution – Design and run influencer programs across Instagram, YouTube & beyond
• Community Building – Grow our creator network with nano, micro & macro influencers
• Campaigns & Collabs – Lead creative seeding ideas, partnerships & IRL creator events
• Brand Advocacy – Build strong, long-term relationships with key voices in beauty
• Reporting & Insights – Track engagement, ROI, CPV & deliver actionable learnings

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of influencer marketing experience (beauty preferred!)
• Team management skills & ability to set KRAs
• Deep love + knowledge of the beauty category
• Strong negotiator, communicator & trend-spotter
• Experience with influencer tools & campaign measurement

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point, full time)
